- If you'd like to exchange something for any reason you are more than welcomed to! You will be able to send it back and you will receive a store credit. Please refer to the Return Policy as it is the same process.
- We do not offer order cancellations at this time for any reason (unless you made a mistake and ordered the same thing twice!).
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns! You must contact us within 7 days from the date the order was delivered.
At this time, ALL refunds will be returned as store credit. Under no circumstances will we offer a cash refund.
Here's the fine print; you just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: hair accessories, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, jewelry, or panties. Also, all Sale items are final sale.
All returns will require a return shipping & processing fee of $5.99 (US) or $15-$25 for International returns (depending on postage costs from your country). This amount will be deducted from the amount to be issued to you as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Start your return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In the subject field input the word "Return".
- In the body of the email briefly explain the reason for your return and your order #.
- Once we review your request we will then send a return shipping label to your email. We will require a shipping & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be issued to you as store credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off at your nearest USPS location within 5 business days of receiving the label.
** Please note the time frames in our policy highlighted in bold lettering. There is no exception to this policy.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-7 business days after we receive your return. There is no need to send inquiries regarding your return during this short time frame as it will not speed up the process. All returns are handled in the order that they are received my loves! :)
