Return & Exchange Policy
Sis, sometimes we change our mind or sometimes it just doesn't fit how we imagined it to. Don't worry, we got you!
All refunds and exchanges are returned as store credit. You have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Here's the fine print; you can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox/dust bag, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.
All gift cards, sale items, hair accessories, & earrings are final sale.
All US returns will require a return shipping & processing fee of $6 which will be deducted from the amount to be issued to you as store credit.
All International returns will require a return shipping & processing fee of $10-$25 (depending on postage costs from your country) which will be deducted from the amount to be issued to you as store credit.
- Start your return by sending an email to email@example.com.
- In the subject field input the word "Return - (Your Ourder #)".
- In the body of the email briefly explain the reason for your return and your order #.
- We will then email you a return shipping label.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 1-5 business days after we receive your return. Once processed, a store credit will be emailed to you.
All returns are refunded to you in the form of store credit. A shipping/handling & processing fee of $6 (US) or $10-$25 for International returns (depending on postage costs from your country) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All cancellations will be returned as store credit. Cancellations can only be made if the order has not been shipped yet, otherwise you will have to wait until you receive the order and then return it.
